DUI can happen to anyone regardless of socio-economic background. I have represented high school students, college students, mechanics, secretaries, bar tenders and Senior Vice Presidents. A DUI does not mean you are an alcoholic. Most people who are charged with DUI do not intend to break the law and are not prepared for the possibility of criminal penalties. I will help you manage your DUI charge regardless of whether the evidence is based on a breath test of over .08, a refusal or a blood test.
